Linear/Elliptical ZS-S Shale Shakers - 3.4㎡ Screen Area, Anti-Corrosion Coating

Built for longevity, ZS Series shakers use anti-loosening thread technology to withstand extreme vibrations. IP55-rated components (comparable to industrial pumps) and stainless-steel hardware resist corrosion. Explosion-proof certification (Ex d II B T4) ensures safety in hazardous zones. The 2200kg reinforced steel frame supports continuous operation.

Tailor performance to drilling needs: Choose between translational elliptical (ZS-Z/PT) or variable elliptical (ZS-S) vibration tracks. Models support 4-5 screens (1165×585×40mm) and integrate with double/triple bases or mud tanks. Adjustable tilt and amplitude settings handle fluids from water to high-viscosity mud.
