The XBSY SB Series centrifugal mud pumps (SB6×8 to SB2×3) deliver unmatched reliability for drilling solids control. Featuring 80+ configurations (4-75kW), these pumps support direct or belt drives and dual rotation modes. The SB3×4J-9½ model achieves 80m³/h flow and 23m head at 61% efficiency, with an 11kW motor. Compact dimensions (1365×443×682mm) and weights down to 290kg (SB3×4J-9) ensure easy rig integration. Patented seal technology (ZL200720079857.2) extends service life 6x beyond industry standards.Maximize fluid transfer efficiency with SB series’ optimized impeller and volute design. The SB3×4J-9 model achieves 60% efficiency at 54m³/h flow and 18m head, reducing energy consumption with 7.5kW motor power. Wide-flow-path impellers prevent clogging from solids-laden mud, minimizing downtime in shale shaker or desilter applications.
