The ZHP 150× jet mixer utilizes a high-velocity nozzle (45m/s) to generate powerful suction, rapidly drawing drilling fluid additives into the mixing chamber. The Venturi tube outlet enhances shear forces, achieving homogeneous blending of polymers and weighting agents within seconds. Ideal for emergency well control operations where mud density must be adjusted immediately. Capacity: 180 m³/h; Head: ≥31m; Power: 45kW. Dimensions: 1292×708×922mm.
