Product Description

​​XBSY LW520×1290BP-N Decanter Centrifuge | 70 m³/h Drilling Mud Solids Separation

The XBSY LW520×1290BP-N Decanter Centrifuge is designed for continuous separation and clarification of drilling fluids, particularly where fine solids removal and barite recovery are required. With a 520 mm bowl diameter and 1290 mm bowl length, the centrifuge provides high centrifugal force for separating fine particles in the approximate 2–5 μm range.

The unit is suitable for drilling mud treatment, shale gas drilling and high-pressure well applications. By adjusting the operating speed and scroll differential speed according to feed conditions, operators can maintain stable separation performance under different mud densities and solids concentrations. The differential speed can be adjusted up to 40 RPM, providing flexibility for controlling solids discharge and separation efficiency.

A 55 kW main motor and 15 kW auxiliary motor are used to drive the centrifuge. The dual-motor configuration provides stable power for continuous operation and efficient solids conveying. The main motor speed is 1480 RPM, while the auxiliary motor speed is 970 RPM.

The centrifuge is equipped with a VFD control system, allowing variable-speed operation and controlled acceleration and deceleration. Operating parameters such as bowl speed, motor current and torque can be monitored during operation, helping operators optimize the machine according to actual drilling fluid conditions.

With a maximum processing capacity of 70 m³/h, the LW520×1290BP-N is designed for high-throughput drilling fluid processing. Under suitable operating conditions, the system can achieve more than 90% barite recovery, helping improve drilling fluid reuse and reduce fluid losses.
