Product Description

​​2500 RPM Drilling Mud Decanter Centrifuge | 70 m³/h Capacity | VFD Control

The LW520×1290BP-N Decanter Centrifuge is designed for efficient drilling mud treatment and fine solids separation, with the capability to remove particles in the 2–5 μm range. With a 520 mm bowl diameter and 1290 mm bowl length, the centrifuge operates at speeds of up to 2300 RPM, providing strong centrifugal force for efficient solids separation and over 90% barite recovery under suitable operating conditions.

The unit is well suited for shale gas drilling and high-pressure well applications, where mud properties can change during drilling. Its adjustable bowl and differential speeds allow operators to optimize separation performance according to different mud densities and operating conditions, with a maximum differential speed of 40 RPM.

Powered by a 55 kW main motor and 15 kW auxiliary motor, the LW520×1290BP-N provides stable and continuous operation for demanding drilling environments. The integrated VFD control system enables flexible speed adjustment, controlled starting and stopping, and precise motor management.

Operators can monitor key operating parameters such as bowl speed, motor current and torque in real time, making it easier to adjust the centrifuge according to changing drilling conditions. With a maximum processing capacity of 70 m³/h, the machine is suitable for high-volume drilling mud treatment.

With compact dimensions of 3280 × 1725 × 1780 mm, the LW520×1290BP-N can be easily integrated into existing solids control systems and provides an efficient solution for drilling fluid treatment and barite recovery.
