Product Description

​​LW520×1290BP-N High-Performance Decanter Centrifuge for Drilling Fluid and Barite Recovery

The LW520×1290BP-N decanter centrifuge is engineered for the efficient treatment of drilling mud and the separation of fine solid particles in the 2–5 μm range. Featuring a 520 mm bowl diameter and 1290 mm bowl length, the centrifuge operates at up to 2300 RPM, providing strong centrifugal force for fine-solids separation and barite recovery. Under suitable operating conditions, it can achieve more than 90% barite recovery, helping reduce drilling fluid consumption and operating costs.

Designed for shale gas drilling and high-pressure well operations, the centrifuge can respond to changes in mud density and solids loading through adjustable bowl and differential speeds. The differential speed can be adjusted up to 40 RPM, allowing operators to optimize separation performance according to changing drilling conditions.

The machine is powered by a 55 kW main motor and 15 kW auxiliary motor, providing stable power for continuous mud processing. Its VFD control system supports smooth start-up and shutdown as well as flexible speed regulation. Key operating parameters, including bowl speed, motor current, and torque, can be monitored in real time to facilitate accurate process control.

With a maximum capacity of 70 m³/h, the LW520×1290BP-N is suitable for high-volume drilling fluid treatment. The main motor operates at 1480 RPM, while the auxiliary motor operates at 970 RPM. With overall dimensions of 3280 × 1725 × 1780 mm, its compact design allows convenient integration into existing drilling fluid solids control systems.
