XBSY Multifunctional Drill Cuttings Management System The Perfect Solution for Waste Treatment in Oilfield Drilling Processes

 

 

The XBSY multifunctional drill cuttings management system integrates the ​​LL915S Dual-Drive Cuttings Dryer​​ and ​​LW450 Intelligent Centrifuge​​ to achieve industry-leading waste reduction. Designed for both water-based (WBM) and oil-based (OBM) drilling, it processes 30-50t/h of cuttings, reducing residual oil to 3-8% and liquid density below 1.3g/cm³. Its compact footprint minimizes rig-site space requirements while enabling direct bagging of treated solids – eliminating secondary handling costs. Ideal for on-the-fly operations in environmentally sensitive regions.

 

 

Features
Equipped with a novel dual-drive centrifuge, the system leverages its unique design to achieve the separation of water-based and oil-based drill cuttings.


The system is equipped with intelligent frequency conversion high-speed centrifuge, which can effectively separate the harmful solid phase in the liquid phase and achieve liquid phase reuse.


High level of automation, with minimal manual labor required.


The system has a small footprint and is multi-purpose, reducing transit costs.
