The ZK LW350×1435E decanter centrifuge is designed for sludge dewatering in municipal wastewater treatment plants, helping improve effluent clarity and support discharge compliance. With a separation factor of 2435 G at 3500 RPM, the centrifuge is suitable for sludge with solids concentrations ranging from 0.8–5%.

The equipment uses SS316L and SS2205 duplex stainless steel components, providing resistance to abrasion, chlorides up to 50,000 ppm, and demanding pH conditions from 1–12. This makes the centrifuge suitable for continuous wastewater sludge treatment under challenging operating conditions.

The integrated PLC control system can respond to changes in feed flow and optimize polymer dosing and operating conditions. Real-time monitoring helps reduce manual intervention, while the VFD drive is designed to reduce energy consumption compared with conventional operating configurations.

Optional IoT-ready sensors can also be integrated for maintenance monitoring and cloud-based analytics, supporting more convenient equipment management.
