High-Capacity Olive Oil Processing | Equipment Footprint: 5050 × 1285 × 1550 mm

Designed for continuous three-phase separation of olive paste and pomace, this industrial decanter centrifuge delivers stable performance under variable processing conditions. The involute planetary gearbox provides reliable torque transmission when feed loads fluctuate, while SKF bearings support extended service operation with a service life of more than 20,000 hours. An adjustable differential speed range of 5–50 RPM allows operators to fine-tune the separation process, helping maximize oil recovery while producing drier solid discharge.

The duplex stainless steel (AISI 316L) bowl provides strong corrosion resistance and is suitable for food-grade olive oil processing. Tungsten carbide wear tiles are applied to protect the conveyor scroll against abrasion from olive pomace, helping extend component service life and reduce maintenance frequency. In addition, the integrated vibration damping system contributes to smooth, stable operation during long-term continuous olive oil production.
