Product Description

The XBSY MCL150.3 land mud cooling system provides a water cooling solution for onshore high-temperature drilling mud.

 

Land Mud Cooling System Solid Control System

Features
  • Modular Design - Small footprint, easy to install and relocate.
  • The heat exchanger adopts high-efficiency mixed-flow gas-water cooling device to fully reduce the evaporation of water.
  • The tube box design is conducive to improving heat exchange efficiency and maintenance.
  • The double-group mud filter prevents large solid particles in the mud from blocking the pipeline and heat exchanger.
  • PLC is used to collect, display and store data in real time for slurry flow and inlet and outlet temperatures.
