To reduce drilling costs and improve drilling efficiency, the LWY355×1257 hydraulic decanter centrifuge is specially designed for solids control systems in the oil & gas drilling industry. It effectively removes harmful fine solids from drilling fluids while recovering valuable weighting materials such as barite, helping maintain drilling fluid performance and reduce operating costs.
The centrifuge adopts a hydraulic drive system with stable torque transmission and automatic pressure control. When the screw conveyor pressure reaches the preset value, the differential speed automatically increases to discharge excessive solids, ensuring continuous and reliable operation under high-load drilling conditions.
The bowl and screw conveyor are manufactured from high-quality S304/S316 stainless steel, while special alloy wear-resistant components provide extended service life in abrasive drilling environments.
The intelligent automatic control system monitors system pressure, hydraulic oil level, and oil temperature. When abnormal conditions occur, the system can automatically stop the feeding pump or shut down the centrifuge to protect the equipment and ensure safe operation.
